Resumen
Los órganos jurisdiccionales de un Estado serán competentes en materia de responsabilidad parental respecto de un menor que resida habitualmente en dicho Estado en el momento en que se presenta el asunto ante el órgano jurisdiccional. Como excepción, el Estado de la anterior residencia habitual del menor mantendrá la competencia durante los tres meses siguientes al cambio de residencia, si el titular del derecho de visita con arreglo a una resolución judicial continúa residiendo habitualmente en el Estado de la anterior residencia habitual del menor.
Abstract
The courts of a State shall be competent in matters of parental responsibility with respect to a minor who habitually resides in that State at the time the matter is brought before the court. As an exception, the State of the minor's previous habitual residence will maintain jurisdiction during the three months following the change of residence, if the holder of the right to visit pursuant to a court decision continues to habitually reside in the State of the child's previous habitual residence.
