Resumen
La reforma llevada a cabo en la legislación urbanística andaluza durante el año 2016 puso de manifiesto dos cuestiones: los problemas de cohonestar la normativa urbanística con los asientos registrales y la coexistencia de diversos modelos legislativos territoriales en dicha comunidad autónoma. En el presente artículo se analizan ambos fenómenos, exponiendo posibles soluciones de lege ferenda para los mismos.
Abstract
The reform of the Andalusian Urban Planning Law in 2016 brought up two issues: The problems of reconciling the planning regulations with the registry entries and the coexistence of different territorial models in Andalusia. This paper takes up both issues, presenting possible solutions de lege ferenda.
