Resumen
Los daños al medio ambiente se han multiplicado en las últimas décadas, teniendo efectos negativos en los elementos naturales que nos rodean.
La necesidad de reparar los daños causados ha hecho que la doctrina, desde la perspectiva jurídico-civil, busque diferentes instrumentos jurídicos de protección. Precisamente uno de esos instrumentos es la acción por responsabilidad civil extracontracual. La finalidad del presente comentario es realizar algunos apuntes sobre el estado actual de la jurisprudencia de la responsabilidad medioambiental.
Abstract
Environmental damage has multiplied in recent decades, having negative effects on the natural elements around us. The need to repair such damage has led doctrine to seek different legal instruments of protection, from the perspective of civil law. One of the instruments found is action for extra-contractual civil liability. The purpose of this commentary is to note some points of the current state of case-law regarding environmental liability.
