Resumen
En este trabajo hemos expuesto el complejo problema relativo a si subsisten o no los arrendamientos concertados con posterioridad a la hipoteca en caso de ejecución de ésta, analizando la jurisprudencia tanto ordinaria como constitucional y los divergentes criterios por ella seguidos en el tratamiento de esta materia.
Abstract
In this paper we have taken up the complex problem of whether or not leases arranged subsequently to a mortgage subsist in the event of foreclosure.
We analyse both ordinary and constitutional case law and the divergent criteria therein upheld in the treatment of this subject.
