Abstract

The object of this study is the concept of «usage» imposed on real estate by urban determinations. Its effects and characteristics as a limitation of the property established in compliance with its social function and its legal-real effects. In particular, its repercussion on the contractual clauses that establish a period of mandatory compliance by the beneficiaries of the general interest represented by urban planning.
