Abstract

The study defines which entrepreneurs have access to the discharge of debt under provisions of art. 486 of the TRLC after the Reform of Law 16/2022 of 5 September, as well as the routes that can be followed to achieve this. Recent contributions of minor jurisprudence are brought up.
