Abstract

Whereas a registered partnership constitutes a family group, when a registered partnership files an individual request for adoption, the request cannot be processed, for that would involve an alteration of the cause of action and the object of the procedure, which means the lack of legal standing for adoption. This lack of legal standing is observed by the court ex officio, as the matter is one of public order.
