Abstract

This paper examines the case law and registration doctrine regarding the requirements on short-term rental accommodation and its registration in the light of the ruling of the Court of Madrid of 13 April 2026. To this end, the case law of the Spanish Supreme Court, the registration doctrine, and their application to the aforementioned ruling will be assessed.
