Abstract

The necessary response to the growing complexity of the management and implementation of large-scale urban developments, examined in previous commentaries in relation to the linkage between planning and implementation processes across different urban sectors due to the provision of shared infrastructure, has not only been addressed in recent regional legislation but, on that basis, is also beginning to extend into the sphere of administrative action and into the case law of the courts of the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, the first examples of which are reported in this commentary.
