Abstract

This study is going to centre on the analysis of the various legal and financial instruments available to consumers, such as consumer loans, microcredits, quick loans, and revolving credits, and the various resources available to them for adequate protection. We are referring, on the one hand, to the need for pre-contractual information and, on the other, to the control of incorporation, transparency, and abusiveness and that can lead to the invalidity of such instruments.
