Abstract

This study will focus on the important role of parents and schools in protecting minors and adolescents from the challenges posed by the use of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence systems. To this end, we will analyze existing European regulations (the General Data Protection Regulation, the Digital Services Regulation, and the Artificial Intelligence Regulation, among others) and current and future national regulations.
