Abstract

This paper analyzes the main changes introduced into the Spanish registry system by the reform implemented by Law 11/2023. Our registry system has incorporated the principles of electronic administration, transforming the way registry offices work, which will now issue all entries exclusively in electronic format. All of this has been done, as demonstrated throughout these pages, while respecting and reinforcing the principles that have traditionally characterized the spanish registry system as one of the most highly regarded in the international panorama.
