Abstract

The recent Ruling of December 3, 2024 of the Provincial Court of Huesca offers us the opportunity to return, in its proper measure, to the muchdebated issue concerning the possibility of development of business activities by coownership, as well as the impact that this issue has on the request for bankruptcy by these entities.
