Resumen
La pensión compensatoria se configura como un mecanismo básicamente reequilibrador del empeoramiento que, la separación o divorcio, producen en un cónyuge respecto del otro en comparación con la que tenían ambos en el matrimonio. No es un mecanismo igualatorio de economías dispares ni persigue perpetuar el nivel de vida existente en el matrimonio. Ahora bien, su adopción como media no implica que se mantenga inalterable, pues, es posible que con el paso del tiempo tengan lugar hechos que puedan modificar su cuantía o ser causa de su extinción. De esto último nos vamos a ocupar en el presente estudio.
Abstract
The compensatory pension forms as a mechanism basically reequilibrator of the worsening that, the separation or divorce, they produce in a spouse respect of other one in comparison with that they had both in the marriage. It neither is a mechanism of equality of unlike economies nor chases to perpetuate the existing standard of living in the marriage. Now then, his adoption like average does not imply that it is kept inalterable, so, it is possible that with the passage of time facts take place that could modify his quantity or be a reason of his extinction. Of the above mentioned we go away to occupying in the present study.
