Resumen
El juez o tribunal podrá suspender el régimen de visitas del menor con el progenitor condenado por delito de maltrato con su cónyuge o pareja y/o por delito de maltrato con el menor o con otro de los hijos, valorando los factores de riesgo existentes.
Abstract
The judge or court may suspend visiting arrangements of the child with the parent who was convicted for an offence of mistreatment with your wife or partner and/or for an offence of mistreatment with the minor or any other children, evaluating the existing risk factors.
