Resumen
Se trata de una aportación moderna más a las influencias expresas o tácitas del ilustre autor castellano don Francisco Salgado de Somoza («Labyrintus Creditorum Concurrentium») y la Ley Concursal del año 2003.
Especialmente se trata de la concentración de algunas excepciones sobre el fondo del asunto y de su escasa aplicación en la Ley Concursal citada.
Es especialmente grave el olvido de este espléndido autor con respecto a toda Europa, en donde ha sido y es conocido y respetado.
Abstract
This is another modern contribution to the express or tacit influence of the illustrious Castilian author Francisco Salgado de Somoza (Labyrintus Creditorum Concurrentium) and the 2003 Law on Meetings of Creditors.
It especially discusses the concentration of some exceptions in the heart of the matter and their infrequent application in the Law on Meetings of Creditors.
To overlook this splendid author in regard to all of Europe, where he has been and is known and respected, is an especially serious matter.
