Resumen
El deudor tiene el deber jurídico de realizar una prestación y el acreedor tiene el derecho subjetivo de exigir el cumplimiento de la misma, recayendo la obligación sobre la prestación que debe cumplirse por completo, y paralelamente, el acreedor no puede exigir más, ni el deudor puede cumplir parte de una y parte de otra.
Abstract
A debtor has the legal duty to perform a specified obligation, and his creditor has the subjective right to demand performance of that obligation.
The specified obligation must be performed fully, and, in parallel, the creditor cannot demand more, nor may the debtor perform part of one and part of another.
