Resumen
El derecho a los alimentos del menor existía por el hecho de haber nacido dentro del matrimonio y como consecuencia de la apariencia de paternidad el padre hizo frente a todas las obligaciones que le correspondían. Los pagos se hicieron como consecuencia de una obligación legalmente impuesta y es efectiva hasta que se declara la realidad biológica mediante sentencia dictada en proceso de impugnación de la filiación matrimonial.
Abstract
The right to food by the child was being born within marriage and as a result of the appearance of paternity father withstood all the obligations you.
