Resumen
Concesión y mantenimiento de la pensión con una limitación temporal aun máximo de un año a favor de hija mayor de edad y a cargo del padre como última posibilidad de que logre una formación académica que le permita acceder al mercado de trabajo. La obligación de prestar alimentos del padre en contra de su voluntad no puede prorrogarse indefinidamente en aquellos supuestos en los que los hijos no tengan ninguna deficiencia que les impida alcanzar su propia autonomía en un tiempo razonable.
Abstract
Granting and maintenance of child support restricted to a maximum of one year, for a daughter who is of full legal age, payable by her father, as her last possibility of gaining the education needed to enter the job market. A parent's obligation to pay support against his or her will cannot be extended indefinitely in cases where the children have no deficiencies preventing them from achieving autonomy in a reasonable time period.
