Resumen
Críticas al Director del Museo del Aire vertidas en una carta dirigida al General del Ejército y Jefe del Estado Mayor de la Defensa. Están amparadas por la libertad de expresión al no constituir una amenaza real para la disciplina del Ejército. Pese a ello, dichas críticas vulneran el derecho al honor del Director del Museo, al referirse a éste de forma insultante e injuriosa, sobrepasándose así los límites del derecho a la libertad de expresión de que goza el expedientado.
Abstract
Criticism aimed at the director of the Air Museum in a letter addressed to the army general and chief of staff of defence. The criticism is protected by the writer's right to freedom of speech, as it does not pose any real threat to army discipline. It does, however, violate the museum director's right to honour by referring to him in an insulting, offensive way, overstepping the bounds of the freedom of speech enjoyed by the writer, who is now under inquiry.
