LAS URBANIZACIONES, LOS CONJUNTOS INMOBILIARIOS Y EL REGISTRO DE LA PROPIEDAD EN LA LEY DE PROPIEDAD HORIZONTAL.

Resumen
Se recoge en este trabajo la principal jurisprudencia relativa a los complejos inmobiliarios en relación al Registro de la Propiedad. Justificado como advierto al principio y, además, porque en los momentos actuales estamos en presencia del proyecto de la denominada Ley del Suelo (que según leo, no será una Ley urbanística... aunque busque un modelo urbanístico...) y que en alguna medida se inscribe dentro de los planteamientos que realizo en el presente artículo. Añádase a esa observación, que el Proyecto potencia sin duda el Registro de la Propiedad en «asientos» y «transmisiones» y se comprenderá la oportunidad del presente artículo por partida doble.
Tiempo habrá, por lo demás, para que cuando tal proyecto se convierta en Ley, comentarla (si el tiempo lo permite...) y, porque, además, hay instituciones de Derecho Civil Privado General, como la Propiedad, Derecho de Superficie... que habrá que tocar... por exigencias, en nuestro caso, de la especialidad...
Abstract
This paper deals with the main jurisprudence on real estate complexes in connection with property registration. It does so with good reason, as I note at the beginning of the paper, and also because at present there is in parliament the so-called Land Bill (which, as I read it, will not lead to a planning act, even if it does seek a planning model...), which in a way forms part and parcel of the theses I lay out in this article. Let me add that the bill undoubtedly strengthens the property registration system in "entries" and "transfers", and it will be understood why this article is timely in a twofold way.
As for the rest, there will be time to comment on the bill after it has become a law (if time permits). In addition, there are institutions in general private civil law, such as property and surface rights, which will have to be addressed-in our case, due to the demands of our speciality.
