Resumen
Revocación de la suspensión del derecho de visitas de la madre y de la familia materna durante un período mínimo de seis meses, al no existir justificación para tan drástica medida.
Aunque la madre ha observado una conducta negligente, pasiva y permisiva para con los deseos de la hija, sin embargo, se la ha castigado con una dureza inusual incluso en aquellos casos en que se ha acreditado la existencia de un síndrome de alienación parental.
Abstract
Revocation of the suspension of the mother's and maternal family's visiting rights for a minimum six-month period, as there is no justification for such a drastic measure. Although the mother has been observed to engage in negligent, passive, permissive conduct in response to her daughter's wishes, she has, however, been punished with a harshness unusual even in those cases where parental alienation syndrome has been proved to exist.
