Resumen
Los transexuales, una vez cumplidos los requisitos que la ley establece, pueden obtener el cambio de la mención de sexo, y de nombre, y el tratamiento como persona del sexo deseado, sin requerir el tratamiento quirúrgico que, de acuerdo con la jurisprudencia anterior a la Ley 3/2007, era conditio sine qua non del cambio.
Abstract
Once transsexuals have met the requirements established by law, they can have their stated sex and name changed and be addressed as a person of the desired sex, without requiring the surgical treatment that was a sine qua non condition for changes of this sort under jurisprudence previous to Act 3/2007.
