Resumen
El real decreto-ley 5/2017, de 17 de marzo, amplía hasta el 15 de mayo de 2020 la suspensión de los lanzamientos de familias vulnerables, cuya delimitación amplía, e incorpora al Código de Buenas Prácticas un derecho de opción al alquiler para tales familias. estas podrán optar al alquiler siempre que acrediten encontrarse en el umbral de exclusión social definido por el Código de Buenas Prácticas y formulen su solicitud en el plazo de 6 meses desde que se suspenda su lanzamiento, y siempre antes del 16 de mayo de 2020. este arrenda- miento no se sujeta a las condiciones de mercado en cuanto a su renta y tendrá una duración de hasta cinco años, cabiendo prórrogas voluntarias y anuales posteriores, por acuerdo entre entidad adjudicataria y arrendatario.
Abstract
The RD-Law 5/2017, of March 17, extends until 15 May 2020 the suspension of evictions of vulnerable families, whose delimitation extends, and incor- porates a right of option to rent for those families to the Code of Good Practices. These may opt for rental as long as they prove to be on the threshold of social exclusion defined by the Code of Good Practice and make their request within 6 months of the suspension of its eviction, and always before May 16, 2020. The lease is not subject to market conditions and will last for five years, with voluntary and subsequent annual extensions of the contract, by agreement between the awarded entity and the lessee.
