Resumen
La protección jurídica del cónyuge o pareja de hecho del arrendatario para su permanencia en la vivienda familiar arrendada ante situaciones como la no renovación, desistimiento o abandono, o, consecuencia de un proceso de separación o divorcio en la que se le atribuya el uso, es el objeto del presente estudio, máxime tras la reforma parcial de la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de Arrendamientos Urbanos, por la Ley de 23 de mayo de 2013.
Abstract
The juridical protection of the spouse or unmarried couple of the lessee for his permanency in the familiar housing hired before situations like not renovation, not to continue or to leave the home, or, consequence of a process of separation or divorce in the one that assumes the use to him, it is the object of the present study, especially after the partial reform of the Law 29/1994, of November 24 of Urban rent for the Law of May 23, 2013.
