Resumen
El presente trabajo supone un esbozo del artículo 178 bis. de la Ley Concursal, relativo al beneficio de exoneración del pasivo insatisfecho o mecanismo de segunda oportunidad a favor de las personas físicas insolventes. El precepto ha sido objeto de varias interpretaciones judiciales y doctrinales, posiblemente, por su rebuscada y compleja redacción.
Abstract
The present work supposes an outline of article 178 bis of the Insolvency Law, regarding the benefit of exemption of the unsatisfied liability or second chance mechanism in favor of insolvent individuals. The aforesaid provision has been the object of several judicial and doctrinal interpretations, possibly due to its elaborate and elaborate wording.
