Resumen
Uno de los medios de determinación de la filiación no matrimonial es por sentencia judicial mediante el ejercicio de la acción de reclamación con o sin posesión de estado e interés legítimo. a la determinación de la filiación no matrimonial paterna y materna en especial la que tiene lugar por sentencia judicial, la problemática que plantea y los efectos que se derivan de la filiación ya determinada es el objeto del presente estudio.
Abstract
One of the means of determination of the filiation is for judicial judgment by means of the exercise of the action of claim with or without possession of condition and interest legitimize. To the determination of the not matrimonial paternal and mother filiation especially the one that takes place for judicial judgment, the problematics that it raises and the effects that stem from the already certain filiation it is the object of the present study.
