La protección de los derechos del menor al honor, intimidad y propia imagen frente a cualquier intromisión ilegítima, y la cesión o utilización ilícita de los datos de carácter personal en un entorno como internet es el objeto del presente estudio.
Abstract
The protection of the rights of the minor to the honor, intimacy and own image opposite to any illegitimate interference, and the transfer or illicit utilization of the information of personal character in an environment like Internet is the object of the present study.
