Resumen
La obligación de cesión gratuita de terrenos con ocasión de un proyecto de reparcelación se cumple en el instante mismo en que tiene lugar la aprobación del mismo. En este comentario se examina la frecuente sustitución de la entrega de suelo por el pago de su equivalente en metálico y en especial el momento en que debe tener lugar dicho pago.
Abstract
In the very instant when a plot redivision project is approved by the authorities, the owner of the land at issue becomes obligated to assign land from the project free of charge. A cash equivalent is frequently substituted. This commentary examines such substitutions, especially the time when payment must take place.
