Resumen

Debe  tomarse como principio básico el  superior interés  de los hijos   para  declarar que   la  reanudación  de  la  relación materno  filial   con   la madre no  custodia es  una exigencia acorde con  las  necesidades de  los  niños para superar el  traumatismo  psicológico que  están viviendo originado por  la modificación de la orientación sexual  de la madre no gestante.  Tras  la ruptura matrimonial y la existencia de conflictividad entre las dos  exesposas debe  nombrarse un  coordinador parental  que  facilite una relación personal positiva entre ambas, imprescindible para el ejercicio de  una coparentalidad responsable en beneficio de  los  hijos.

Abstract

It  must be taken  as a basic  principle the  superior interest  of children  to declare that  the  resumption of the mother-child relationship with the  other mother without  custody is  a  requirement  according to  the  needs  of children to overcome the psychological trauma that  are living  caused by the modification of the sexual orientation of the  non-pregnant mother. After  the  marriage  breakdown and the existence of conflict between the two  ex-wives, a parental  coordinator should be appointed to  facilitate a positive personal relationship between both,  essential for the  exercise  of a responsible co-parenting for the  benefit  of the  children.
