El requisito esencial del fraude de ley es la existencia de un acto o serie de actos que pese a su apariencia de legalidad violan el contenido ético de los preceptos en que se amparan, ya sean con o sin intención de burlar la ley.
Abstract
The essential requirement of evasion of the law is the existence of an act or series of acts that, albeit legal in appearance, violate the ethical content of the precepts upon which they are based, be it with or without the intention of outwitting the law.
