Análisis de los requisitos para la inscripción en el Registro de la Propiedad del cambio de uso de un edificio o de un piso o local del mismo que no cuenta con habilitación administrativa pero respecto del cual hubieran transcurrido los plazos previstos para el restablecimiento de la legalidad infringida.
Abstract
Analysis of the requirements in order to record in the Land Registry the change of use of a building or one of its flats or premises that do not have administrative authorization but for which the periods foreseen for the reestablishment of the infringed legality have elapsed.
