Resumen
Tras la declaración de nulidad del matrimonio civil o eclesiástico, si uno de los cónyuges es de buena fe y ha existido una convivencia anterior durante su vigencia, creadora de una apariencia de matrimonio, pero sin que se exija un tiempo mínimo al respecto, tiene derecho a una indemnización de carácter compensatorio por los perjuicios derivados de una convivencia efectuada en un matrimonio nulo.
Abstract
After a civil or ecclesiastical marriage is annulled, if one of the spouses is in good faith and the spouses lived together previously while the marriage was valid, creating an appearance of marriage, no minimum time being required for that point, that spouse is entitled to compensatory indemnification for damages stemming from living together in a null marriage.
