Resumen
La información previa que hay que facilitar al paciente debe reunir los requisitos marcados por la ley, en cuanto al contenido, alcance y prueba de que se ha suministrado. La falta de información, la información defectuosa o incompleta no adaptada a las condiciones particulares del paciente genera responsabilidad en el obligado a transmitirla.
Abstract
The prior information physicians have to give their patients must meet the requirements set by law in terms of contents, scope, and proof of provision.
Failure to provide information and the provision of defective information or incomplete information not suited to the individual patient create liability for the person under obligation to inform the patient.
