Resumen
La educación religiosa y la obtención de los sacramentos religiosos deben ser coherentes con la trayectoria de los progenitores o la otorgada al menor desde su nacimiento. el tribunal no puede de oficio imponer prácticas y ritos religiosos. esta afirmación busca la coherencia en la educación religiosa del menor que no debe verse «desvirtuada» por la ruptura matrimonial y los conflictos existentes entre los padres tras la separación, divorcio o nulidad matrimonial.
Abstract
Religious education and the obtaining of religious sacraments must be coherent with the trajectory of the parents or that granted to the minor since his birth. The court can not impose religious practices and rites. This statement seeks coherence in the religious education of the child that should not be «distorted» by the marital breakdown and conflicts between parents after separation, divorce or marriage annulment.
