Resumen

Se plantea en este comentario qué sucede cuando una de las fincas afectadas por una posible doble inmatriculación es aportada a una Junta de Compensación y sustituida por una finca resultante situada en otro lugar distinto del que ocupaba aquélla.

Abstract

This commentary deals with what happens when the owner of a property that may be affected by double first registration contributes that property to form part of the mass of property handled by a property owners’ joint development board and receives in exchange another property located elsewhere.
