Resumen
Mediante el presente artículo pretendo realizar un acercamiento a la acción jurídica del saneamiento por evicción, intentando al mismo tiempo desgranar los motivos que llevaron a la Comisión General de Codificación a apostar por la supresión del saneamiento por evicción en su propuesta de anteproyecto de ley de modificación del Código Civil en materia de compraventa de 2005.
Abstract
With this article I pretend to make an approach to the legal action of sanitation by eviction, while trying to thresh the reasons that led the General Commission of Codification to bet on the suppression of sanitation by eviction in its Proposal for a bill to modify the Civil Code in matters of contract for the sale of goods of 2005.
