Resumen
En este trabajo tratamos de exponer las nuevas competencias que deberán asumir los registradores mercantiles españoles en orden a la constitución de la sociedad cooperativa europea, nuevo tipo societario creado por el Reglamento (CE) número 1.435, del Consejo, de 22 de julio de 2003, y que se ha implementado en nuestro país por la Ley 3/2011, de 4 de marzo, por la que se regula la sociedad cooperativa europea con domicilio en España.
Abstract
This paper aims to expose the new range of responsibilities to be taken on by the Spanish Commercial specially when dealing with the establishment of European Cooperative Societies, a new type of company set up by Council Regulation (EC) n.º 1.435/2003, of July 22nd, 2003. With hindsight, the above cited text has been implemented in Spain through Law 3/2011, of March 4th, 2011, regulating Spain-based European Cooperative Society.
