Resumen
En este trabajo hemos analizado el artículo 21 de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, el cual regula la obligación del arrendador de hacer las reparaciones necesarias para conservar la vivienda en condiciones de habitabilidad, de modo que pueda servir al uso convenido, exponiendo su ámbito objetivo, subjetivo, los límites existentes a dicha obligación, así como su tratamiento jurisprudencial.
Abstract
This article analyses article 21 of the Urban Lease Act, which regulates lessors' obligation to make the repairs necessary to keep housing in inhabitable condition so that it can be used for the accorded purpose. The article explores the Act's objective realm, subjective realm, limits on said obligation and handling in case law.
