Resumen
La menor, mayor de catorce años y vecindad civil aragonesa, debe ser considerada como parte procesal legítima, al ser titular de la relación jurídica y haber comparecido en juicio como tal con la debida representación legal de su madre, anudándose a ella todas las consecuencias derivadas del proceso, entre ellas, la condena en costas.
Abstract
A minor more than fourteen years of age legally residing in Aragón must be regarded as a legitimate party to legal proceedings, as she is the person named in the legal relationship and she has appeared in court as such, duly represented by her mother. She must bear all consequences of the proceedings, including any costs awarded to her.
