Resumen
En este comentario se realiza un análisis sistemático de las reglas aplicables a la cancelación de las inscripciones de declaración de obra nueva o constancia registral de su desaparición, contemplando tanto aquellos supuestos en que el asiento resulta ordenado o provocado por una resolución judicial o administrativa como aquellos otros en que responde a la voluntad del titular registral de la obra inscrita.
Abstract
This commentary contains, a systematic analysis of the rules applicable to the cancellation of the registration of new buildings or to the registration of their disappearance, contemplating both those cases in which the record entry is ordered or caused by a judicial or administrative resolution and those others in which it responds to the will of the registered owner.
