Resumen
La especial relación entre el ordenamiento jurídico-civil español y el canónico, que se inserta en aquel, como derecho estatutario, hace que cuando se presenten a inscripción títulos que recogen actos de disposición sobre bienes inmuebles eclesiásticos, la calificación del Registrador deba tener en cuenta los especiales requisitos que el ordenamiento canónico establece para la validez de estas disposiciones. Es decir, el ámbito de calificación registral se amplía.
Abstract
There is a special relationship between Spanish civil law and canon law, which is inserted within civil law, as statutory law. Because of this special relationship, when titles containing acts disposing of church-owned real property are submitted for registration, the registrar's scrutiny of the title must take into account canon law's special requirements in order for such disposals to be valid. In other words, the scope of the scrutiny is wider.
