Resumen
El presente comentario trata sobre la insuficiencia de la escritura de constitución de la Junta de Compensación como documento que ha de acompañar al Proyecto de Reparcelación para su inscripción en el Registro de la Propiedad a fin de identificar a los propietarios de suelo que integran la comunidad reparcelatoria. Por otro lado, se trata también el supuesto de un nuevo proyecto de reparcelación cuando se produzcan modificaciones esenciales en uno previo ya aprobado o, en otro caso, cuando su objeto es la corrección de meros errores mediante las denominadas operaciones jurídicas complementarias.
Abstract
The deed of incorporation of the Compensation Board is insufficient to identify all the land owners in the reparcelling process, which is why it
is not justified to include it with the Reparcelling Project for its registration in the Land Registry. On the other hand, it also deals with the case of a new reparcelling project when essential modifications are made to a previous one that has already been approved or, in another case, when its purpose is the correction of mere errors through so-called complementary legal operations.
