Resumen
El ordenamiento jurídico mantiene como principio fundamental el de que la voluntad del testador se configura como Ley en la sucesión. Si el testador dispone la existencia de administración, esta se regirá por su voluntad, aunque al ser los herederos menores de edad se les otorgue el privilegio de aceptarla a beneficio de inventario. La finalización de esta especial administración testamentaria tendrá lugar al alcanzar los herederos la mayoría de edad y no cuando resulten pagados todos los acreedores y legatarios de la herencia y se rindan cuentas a los herederos.
Abstract
The law upholds the fundamental principle that the will of the testator be in the form of The Act of Succession. If the testator provides administrative service, this is governed by his will, even when the heirs are minors, they are granted the privilege of accepting in favor of the inventory. The completion of this special testamentary service takes place when the heirs reach the age of majority, and only when all the creditors and legatees of the estate are paid, are the accounts released to the heirs.
