Resumen
Se analizan dos manifestaciones del factor tiempo en relación con la declaración de obra nueva: la aplicación de las normas de Derecho Transitorio y el momento al que ha de atenderse en la calificación registral del título presentado.
Abstract
Two embodiments of the time factor are analyzed in connection with declarations of new construction: the application of the rules of transitional law and the time that must be flagged in the registrar's scrutiny of the submitted title.
