Resumen
La institución del prelegado implica que el heredero puede adquirir como legatario bienes en la sucesión de su causante, con la lógica consecuencia de que a cada llamamiento le serán aplicables las particularidades de la adquisición a título universal o a título singular. El prelegado se trata de una disposición testamentaria, mediante la que el heredero ostenta un doble título de adquisición (iure legati) autónomo e independiente de su condición de heredero (iure hereditatis).
Abstract
The institution of the «pre-bequest» implies that the heir can acquire as legatee in the succession, with the logical consequence that to they will be he applicable the particularities of the acquisition to universal or singular title. The «pre-bequest» is a will disposition, by means of which the heir have a double title of acquisition (iure legati) independent of his heir condition (iure hereditatis).
