Resumen
El presente estudio se va a centrar en el análisis de las relaciones personales de los abuelos con los nietos, y asimismo, de otros parientes o allegados. La falta de una regulación completa sobre la materia en nuestro Código civil y la importante litigiosidad existente determina que su construcción jurídica sea fruto de la casuística, esto es, ateniendo a las circunstancias del caso, y sobre todo al interés superior del menor de edad. De ahí que, no solo tengamos presente en nuestro trabajo las aportaciones doctrinales existentes en relación con la materia, sino también la jurisprudencia que se ha desarrollado en relación a la misma tras las sucesivas reformas de derecho de familia que, han ido dando cuerpo a este tipo de relaciones personales.
Abstract
This study is going to focus on the analysis of the personal relationships of grandparents with grandchildren and also of other relatives or close friends. The lack of complete regulation and the existing litigation means that we take into account not only the doctrinal contributions, but also the jurisprudence that has developed in relation to the matter following the successive reforms of the family law.
