Resumen
La curatela es una medida flexible de apoyo a la persona parcialmente incapacitada para la realización de aquellos actos que se determinen en la propia sentencia de incapacitación. Las personas sometidas a curatela tienen limitada su capacidad. el juez es quien en cada caso concreto determina el apoyo del curador que el discapacitado parcialmente incapacitado necesite. Tras la valoración de las pruebas el juez acredita la enfermedad y la situación actual de anormalidad en la vida diaria y de riesgo real de los incapacitados. es una institución jurídica favorable a su interés.
Abstract
The guardianship is a flexible measure of support of the person partially incapacitated for the accomplishment of those acts that are determined in the own sentence of incapacitation. Persons under guardianship are limited in ability. The judge is who in each specific case determines the support of the guardianship that the partially disabled needs. After the evaluation of the evidence the judge ac-credits the disease and the current situation of abnormality in daily life and real risk of the disabled. It is a legal institution favorable to their interest.
