El constructor es, junto con el promotor inmobiliario, el agente con mayor responsabilidad en el proceso constructivo. Existe una relación de correspondencia con las obligaciones que la Ley de Ordenación de la Edificación le ha atribuido.
Abstract
The builder and the real-estate developer are the agents who bear the most liability in the building process.
There is a correspondence relationship with the obligations that the Building Planning Act assigns to the builder.
