La naturaleza del negocio jurídico depende de la intención de los declarantes y de la declaraciones de voluntad que la integran.
Abstract
To interpret a contract is to explore the explanation for and meaning of the contract. The goal of contract interpretation is to establish a link between the parties to the contract. The nature of the legal act depends on the declarants' intention and on the declarations embodying said intentions.
